I found doctor Aartika’s approach lacking in professionalism, and there was a noticeable absence of thoroughness during the consultation. What concerned me most was wrong commitments and the claim of past associations with reputed hospitals, which I later discovered to be inaccurate coz all these associations are always mentioned on doctor’s letter head which was missing. Transparency and ethical conduct are essential in healthcare, and I felt let down on both fronts. Additionally, it’s expected that a doctor maintains professional timelines and honors commitments — something that was clearly missing in my case. Dr. Aartika not only made false promises but also consistently exceeded the timelines she initially committed to. Furthermore, she stopped answering the calls for follow up on our treatment rather the calls were answered by her family members, which is quite weird & unprofessional and absolutely not acceptable.
